Synopsis:

Imperial Household Bureau is responsible for managing and directing all household services to the Emperor and the Imperial family in Tong Dynasty. It is comprised of four departments, namely Jewels, Attire, Food and Furnishings. LAU SAM HO (Charmaine Sheh) and YIU KAM LING (Tavia Yeung) are introduced into the bureau in their tender age and brought up in the disciplines of the palace. The two girls are diligent. YUEN TSUI WAN (Susanna Kwan), Head of the Jewels, and CHUNG SUET HA (Michelle Yim), Head of the Attire, are both very fond of HO for she is a kind-hearted young girl. Soon, they start fighting for the fellowship of HO.HO always remembers her mother's words left to her before she passed away, that she was told, 'Doing good deeds, Speaking good words, Showing goodwill'. She lives her life of being gracious and kind-hearted in the palace. On the other hand, LING believes her survival in palace is achieved through cruel and calculating tactics. She cheats and schemes her way to the top and finally becomes the concubine. Though she realizes that HO has fallen in love with the chess master KO HIN YEUNG (Kevin Cheng), her jealousy still arouses by HO's attraction to the Emperor LEE YI (Moses Chan). Fearing that she is losing power, she ruthlessly makes up a false allegation against HO for murdering the Empress (Mary Hon) and condemns her to death. No matter how clever she is to scheme, things do not go the way she planned. By using a strong comparison of the two distinctive characters, HO and LING, the message of the drama is that "benevolence" is the only way to gain final victory.

Synopsis:

Sophisticated banker CHEUK YAT YUEN (Lui Leung Wai) mistakes con artist SA FU LOI (Lo Ka Leung) for his half brother CHEUK YAT MING, fortuitously elevating the swindler to one of the leading figures in the banking industry. The lost and found brotherhood has blinded YUEN to FU's real nature and intentions.

YUEN is kidnapped overseas by a group of rioters. He undergoes a dramatic personality change after the incident. YUEN's wife HO TSEUK NIN (Chik Mei Chun) has tried her best to console him but still cannot help him get over the unpleasant experience. Longing for more comfort and support, YUEN gets back with his ex-lover TUNG LING CHI (Kwok Ho Ying). NIN is heartbroken to learn about the affair and it has left the broken mirror that can't be mended.

The identity of CHEUK YAT MING gives FU not only a sense of family warmth but also a sweet taste of romance. He finds himself in love with YUEN's little sister CHEUK YAT SUM (Yuen Wing Yi). SUM is attracted to FU too but thinking that they are true biological siblings, she decides to keep her love under wraps and stays with her long-term admirer KO TOK MAN (Ma Tak Chung) instead. This comes as a huge blow to FU. He is not willing to lose his love, but neither can he reveal his real identity. Caught up in the dilemma between love and money, FU finally chooses the fortune road of no return.

It is all about a tough battle for money, a devious triangle of love, and a severe challenge to ethics.

Sungai Chilling on 3rd Oct 2009

Konichiwa,

On 3rd Oct 2009 we planned to go Sungai Chilling. Gallen Low go to Sungai Chilling again. Friday night i play computer games, WarCraft a mini game call DOTA until 5.00 am in the morning. The next day we gather up at Sandy house at Sri Petaling 8.00 am then we have our dim sum at sri petaling, after that we go to Sri Petaling pasar to buy nasi lemak. Around 9.00 am something almost 10 in the morning we set off to Kuala Kubu Bharu using from there we can use GPS to detect Sungai Chilling.

Around 11 something in the morning we reach Kuala Kubu Bharu we stop by the Empangan to snap some pictures.

Almost 12.00 pm we reach Sungai Chilling.

Mari-mari register if anything happen we won't responsible and pay RM 0.50 cent before enter.

We need to cross six river to reach the waterfall here come the first river. Lintasan pertama.

Around 1 hour hiking finally we reach the waterfall area.

Lata Berembun 27th September 2009

Hello,

Another Gallen Low trip story. Gallen and his bunch of friend planned to go Lata Berembun.Meeting places is 8.00 am at one of the friend house at Sri Petaling. So Gallen got to fetch their other friend at SS2 Sam and Ladybird at 7.00am. After fetch my friend in the middle of the heading back to my home i got a car accident a car in the middle of the lane to go to the 3rd because of green light want to move to 3rd lane bang my car. Ouchhhhh My poor little kancil. What to do is already happened, My trip will still continue.

After reach my house, we wait other friend to come to fetch us. 8.00 am reach my friend house then we start our journey to Lata Berembun.

We stop by rest house at Gombak to have our breakfast at MCD around 9.30 am. Then we heading towards to Bentong exits, from Bentong we go to Raub, from Raub we go to Termeloh finally we can see Lata Berembun signboard, we reach at Lata Berembun at 10.30 am.

Let's hope into the 4wd

After 5 minutes sitting in the 4wd we reach A durian we stop by and buy durians

Then we continue back our 4wd drive journey after buy mao san wong durian. I think we have bought around 100 ++ durians to go inside Lata Berembun waterfall to eat.

The road to Lata Berembun is very rocky, we less snap picture at the 4wd session but the 4wd drive session is the most adventures part of this trip.
