How to be a good organizer and a good member??

Hola,

Today going to be something diffrent about my blog only texting. This is just to remind myself how to be a good organizer.

Well for being a good organizer is not hard, yet is hard to somebody.

1)Organizer must willing to take on people not joining your event and won't giving up ask them to join again for the next time.

2)Sometimes some of the member, think they have contribute alot their time, they feel lazy, feel tired, fine but have you ever think about an organizer time??

good organizer must willing to contribute your time.

Organizer is the wasting time the most. They need to do mutiple of confirmation by contacting person only can make the whole event run smooth. A good organizer usually won't go for those normal places like shopping complex, they will do surveying from other people and in the internet. Yet they join somebody who willing to take the risk and analyst first. Before they doing the event wheather the trip is nice or not. Who wasting time the most??

Good Organizer:
Please choose who willing coorporate. Like some member straight away join your event without any friend just joining, then they will help to call for others to join. In other word in cantonese is (mou po po ma) don't be so numb (can't make decission).


Organizer must avoid member from doing the below statement for self protect and saving your time:

If an organizer don't have the people to support and contact others ( Do you think so you are supporting without calling the others ??)

As a good organizer don't waste time on those group which don't support, they never care about it (in their mind just got a word whatever event thought you cancel it).

You will face some not responssible from member as well like they will said you are so free, you call. (try to avoid this).

at the end of the story, if you sucessful held the event is worthless for you coz no one appreciate you.

In a Coorparate industry is you are the boss (organizer), will choose for the people(good member) who willing move by themself to promote or the people (moderate member)who kick only will move, either those people (bad member) attitude kick also won't move..... you are the boss definately can see which one got brain and hardworking, which want order only move, which want kick also won't move.

Definately will promote move by themself so next time the boss want to retired also won't be so worried about his company.

*For couple, usually my group of member (Miss Lee group) all agree about something don't bring couple, hope all those couple understand, people will only talk about you at the back.

Just as you talk people at the back, they talk back the somethings to you. (as well as you do the others, other do to you)

Let saif if i got a girlfriend and i bring her for an Adventures Event what will i do???
1) No, hold hand. (if got trouble definatly will help, pok tu pok chi hui)
2) Don't talk sweeties word.

Let's said wedding dinner
Approve can hold hand

Accidentaly meet a friend at supermarket
Approve can hold hand

If you date your friend to play or shopping
No approval

Try to change my attitude to do the best of my life, willing to give others that will accept my help and needs don't be busy body others people thing if they don't want to.

only a benefit
At last the benefit of goal for the organizer is seeing everybody happy and the organizer will feel happy too.

hopefully this can help myself and some people, if you understand what am i writing today coz is just a glance from mind, I just need to write it out before i forget it.

Saga Hills and Apeh Hills

Saga Hills and Apeh Hills. I took Saga Hills entrances to hike for this both hills because they are connected. The following picture is the map to SaGa Hills.

Well the map is abit confusing. Ok let me describe from the road wednesday Cheras pasar malam, when you come out from Cheras Pasar Malam head to MR2 highway or Kesas Highway head to ampang direction. Go straight around 3- 4 KM you will see an Econsave supermarket, keep on the left. Follow the Taman Bunga Raya signboard, from the traffic light turn right go straight till the end of the traffic light turn right, then go straight until the end you will see a small round about make 9 o'clock turn, go straight till the end of the traffic light turn right, keep left first jucntion turn left signboard call Taman Bukit Teratai, then go straight along the road got up hill abit, i think you will see a shop call bridge mechanic shop turn right, then go straight abit you will saw a Taman Saga signboard and the conclusion is you reached they ask nearby people about the hills they will guide you there.

A Signboard noted there do not simply park or your car will demolish :p.

Well this is the phone line for the Balai Police Ampang....Ok for my phone line Maxis cannot be detect inside when we hiking Grrrgghhh lau yah maxis better change to Celcom(wang lee hom)

Actually the entrances is very hard to find haha. From the starting we start hike is totally around 45-70 degree from the begining.

From the entrance we need to take around 45 minutes to reach to the top of the Saga Hills. Gosh is very tired >.<".

Wheee!!! Swing Swing Grrrrhhhh got alot bee buzzz around >.<.

The next way is we are heading to the survey point it will take around 5 minutes to 10 minutes walking distances.

Then we heading back to the Saga Hills rest point (top of the Saga Hills). From the Saga Hills rest point if you want to see the waterfall you need to go the station 6 (Apeh Hills). You need to take 28 minutes from Saga Hills to reach Station 6. The waterfall is at station 4, from station 6 will need to take around 30 minutes to reach the waterfall. Total it took around 1 hour form Top of Saga Hills to reach Waterfall. Ahem please don't trust the time they noted at there, well why coz we do running not walking only can meet time frame they noted at there.


Thats all for the Story of Saga Hills & Apeh Hills. From Estimation time the whole journey for Saga Hills & Apeh Hills is around 3 1/2 or 4 hours. If you need any info for Saga Hills please drop your message in the chat box.

My friend Boo BOO just back from Scotland to attend her bro wedding dinner :D..... So nice of her bought me souvenir hehe. Thank you Boo BOO.... Places that I have go for 2008 and Place i want to go for 2009

Places that i have go for 2008 as following below:-

• Malacca ( Aww is not great as i thought, A places for eating but didn't eat much for that trip, may be after few more year only go back there again)



• Pulau Perhentian, Pulau Redang (a very nice Island, enjoy alot, really a nice spot for snorkeling, even got jungle tracking to wall around the island)

• Sg Lembing, Gua Charas ( Pahang)(Great have a nice experiences, nice view, can see alot of things that city can't see, got alot of nice people very peaceful, cheap food)
  
  






• Gunung Irau, Cameron Highland ( woow first time when for mountain not hills, take 6 hour to reach peak not bad experience but a very very tiring and super cold for Mount Irau, while can drop by at cameron as well when for pasar pagi, Tea Farm and Strawberry Farm, Happy Trip you will remember for your life)
  
  

• Gunung Nuang ( A places that I never fall down as much as this before, until i forget how many time i fall down haha..., you wanna try it come find me i bring u go ^^)
  
  

• Sungai Chilling ( A nice place to camp and have nice water fall, need to cross 6 river to reach the waterfall, Having fun :D .... Who want go pay me i bring u go :p)
  
  
• Broga Hills ( just abit of hiking, a nice place to see sun rise)
  

For the year of 2009 I will definately go for the places below:-

- Gunung Datuk

- Gua Tempurung

- Gunung Angsi

- Gua Senyum
